What can I say.... Kayn was referred to us by another agent after a previous attempt (6 months aprox) to sell our property got us nowhere. Immediately, Kayn and his team set out to work during the lockdown period and came up with a strategy to sell our place. Immediately the vibe was different, and for once I felt positive we would get a great result. Communication was open and frequent, and his honest opinion got us the result we were looking for. It was sold in a little over 4 weeks and if it wasn't for COVID it would probably have sold ever quicker!!!
