We recently purchased a home through Kayne at Manning Valley Real estate. Kayne was not pushy at all, he knew the house very well and answered all our questions. We would recommend Kayne for anyone looking to sell their home.
I would never advise anyone to deal with him. In the beginning itself, the price guide was changed to three different prices. The final inspection was a disaster and traumatic. The owner was staying even after the final inspection and on final inspection day, the house was just filthy. Kaine didn’t even bother to stay until we finished the inspection, and left the house without any notice, leaving us with a guy who we have never even met before. We were forced to finish the final inspection within a short time, the agent wouldn’t give us enough time to check everything and so we missed many things what we were supposed to check. We found many faults later in the evening. The vendor and Kaine won’t take any responsibility for the repairs or cleaning the house. We were threatened and forced for final settlement even though we were totally unhappy and didn’t want to do it.
