They provided great information on the property and broader market, we're extremely flexible and supportive in helping us gain access to and view the property in advance and then guided us through the auction process from pre-purchase preparations to literally holding the baby on auction day - a truly comprehensive service. Beyond all the professional elements both Kaytlyn and Joseph were also a pleasure to deal with and seemed to want to really do the best for both the buyers and the sellers, taking the house buying process from a commercial interaction to one more about quality and community.
