Nothing was ever too much hassle from the moment we contacted her to view the property to the day of settlement, Karen was always on the end of the phone ready to answer any questions we had. Even during the negotiation phase we never felt pressured to increase our offer. In fact, Karen was open and honest with us during this process which gave us the sense that she was working for both the vendor and our selves to ensure all parties were comfortable with the figure reached. I could not recommend Karen high enough she is an absolute real estate professional without being one of those pushy over the top agents that you come across. Karen was lovely and easy to deal with however I did feel under pressure to make a hasty decision and under other circumstance I would have walked away. I dont normally respond to "other bidders that we cant tell you anything about for confidentiality purposes" but as I really needed to purchase this property at that time I felt pressured into making a decision and paying more than I wanted to. A good quality from the sellers perspective though I guess.🙂 And at the end of the day it was still my choice.
