He didn't let me move out the apartment before it's sold and when I asked him if the house-staging is needed, he replied me confidently that the real buyer won't just pay attention to the beautiful interior decoration and neglect the value of the apartment. And he's right! Also KC paid a lot of effort while selling the apartment, he opened the apartment for potential buyers 3-4 times a week, which was more than other agents usually do.
