Keat clearly demonstrated good market knowledge. However, through the process, communication was infrequent and unprofessional, he was scarcely on time for open homes and minimal advise and support was provided when offers were received. Following acceptance of the offer, both us and the conveyancer were unsure of the status of the contract and settlement timeframes and process.
The team at Property Inside Out were great. I was happy with how my inspection were conducted. There was a professionalism about their work ethic and their communication. Everything was fantastic. The only thing that I would encourage is make sure the selling solicitors have their paper work/ bank ready. My finance, bank and solicitors were all good to go but then to wait over 3.5 hours for settlement to actually take place was poor. Solicitors/ builders were happy to take my money but then made me wait. I had deliveries lined up, people waiting on the other end to load trucks etc. It didn’t delay just me but also those who helped out. I did have a minor anxiety attack and thought I was going to lose but I pushed through and at the end of the day... I won with a new beautiful home a daughter (love of my life) and winning some fortune. Thank you once again for all your great work.
