My fiancé and I bought our property through Keaton last month and were very impressed with his level of customer service and knowledge. Being our first time buying a property together, we were a little worried that Keaton would be a typical 'hard sell' real-estate agent and didn't want to be pushed into buying a property that wasn't perfect for us. As Keaton was the real-estate agent selling the property, we were sceptical that he would have our best interests at heart and thought that he may solely be looking after the sellers interests. From when we first met Keaton, we were very pleasantly surprised to find that he genuinely cared about us and was invested in helping us to find our perfect property, as well as what was in the best interest for the sellers. Keaton always took the time to listened to us and answer any questions that we had. He would even think of questions and gave answers to questions that we hadn't even thought of - which was great! We never once felt pressured or as though he wasn't doing the right thing by us. This is how we were able to come to a fair price (quickly), for both the sellers and us and we ended up with a property we are absolutely in love with. Keaton worked hard to get us the price we were after. Our property was on the market previously with another agency without many enquiries. Keaton had our property for a short time before we had interest and had it sold. Keaton Standley is the most ethical real estate agent I've ever met. Keaton was ringing me nearly every day to inform me what was happening with our property. The office staff and his assistant Rachel were on top of getting our property ready for sale and dealing with the buyer and conveyances. I cannot praise Keaton enough, he worked very hard and gave us no illusions as to what our property was worth. I can only hope that he is recognised for all his hard work and his wonderful outlook on life.

I feel communication with both parties could have been better and found that the agent could be quite heavy handed when he did communicate. And may not have been working with the best interests of the purchaser and this could have pushed less business minded people into a difficult situation.
