Adding to the problems that could have occurred during the purchase of this property were the facts that we do live in the same State as Keaton, and, that Covid was raging in our own State of Victoria. Fortunately, our sister and brother-in-law did reside in WA but, not in the same town. Keaton and his staff were both flexible and helpful in accommodating them both to view the property on our behalf. Even giving them both a lovely fruit basket for their troubles.
