Keb really stood out when we were choosing an agent for his sales record in our area. We figured as an excellent "award-winning" agent he would be working very hard to get us our sale. Keb's professional sales input was excellent and he responded very well when we pushed him quite hard to do as much as possible to get qualified prospects interested in our home. He is an excellent communicator and would always respond promply to our messages. Keb saved the day for us with a recommendation of his own -- our handyman who assisted in getting our home ready for sale. There was a lot to do in a short time, and as we were organising all of this from a distant location, Keb's handyman really was a lifesaver. If it wasn't for Keb and his team, we would never had been ready for a sale prior to Christmas, which was very important timing for us. Although the marketing program didn't bring us huge numbers of prospects to our inspections, Keb's online strategy gave us results higher than the online benchmarks provided by realestate.com.au -- which was very helpful in us "staying the course" with Keb's suggestions. Whilst we didn't quite achieve the result we initially discussed with Keb, we believe it accurately reflected the market sentiment and Keb and his team got the maximum possible result on our auction day. Having just sold two properties, and several others in recent years, I would say Keb is definitely a great agent and we would happily engage him again should we be selling in his territory.
