He sold our house!!!

Our plans to buy and sell were probably 12-18 months off but sometimes it just needs a gentle push to get the ball rolling. We found the house that ticked nearly all of the boxes and so we needed a quick sale. Well it wasn't as quick as some, it didn't sell in 24 hours but it did sell within a month.
