Selling our Chepana Street home and purchasing our Solomon Drive home Lake Cathie 2445

After great deliberation and due to ill health in the family we decided to sell our Chepana street home and discussed our situation with Keith Cramp. We found Keith very understanding and encouraging towards our needs. He talked to us at length and was most professional helping us make our decisions. We also found Robynne Cramp extremely helpful and understanding. Keith also helped us purchase our new smaller home in Solomon Drive. Sellers market was down at the time but we were happy with the end result.
