Excellent proactive agent

Thank you Keith for your straight forward honesty and response in selling our block of land. After a poor response over 18 mths from two other agents in Armidale, I travelled from Sydney to Armidale to meet various agents. Keith was the only one who returned my call that day and set a meeting for 8am the following morning. I briefed him on my expectations, he explained the current market and suggested a marketing plan as he had already visited the block the previous evening. I decided based on his proactive initiative to give him the opportunity to market the block and paid $900 upfront for marketing expenses. We had 3 serious enquiries and the block was sold in the 3 month period over the Christmas/New Year period.
