Had Keith sell our house in glenorie initially he was really nice and provided us a high appraisal once we signed this changed and told us to list at a far lower price however even this was wrong he got the appraisal so wrong that even listing at a far lower price we only had 2 groups on the first open home. We finally sold at well below the listed price about 2 months later. He got the appraisal about 25% wrong
