Keith was very professional in showing us around the property on a public holiday which we proceeded and purchased on the spot. Sadly after settlement had occurred it was ourselves that had to chase up the keys to the property with the agency , once the keys were found and handing them to us we found 1/2 the keys were missing to external door locks and we have had to purchase $210 worth of replacement locks. Keith was great and i would highly recommend him but the back up support of the agency follow up once settlement happened was really poor , not even a call to congratulate or even thank us for the business.
