Keith provided excellent salesmanship of the property with signage and advertising, together with regular open houses and prospective buyer feedback. Keith did his very best to get the quick sale I desired but it was a difficult property market. Factors include the economy and the time of year with the seasons being autumn, then winter. There were also aspects of the property which would appeal to some prospective purchasers and not others. in the long run, the sale was completed and as vendor I am very satisfied.

Keith is not what you expect from a realestate agent, my wife and I have dealt with a lot over our years of buying and selling properties.
