Harcourts in Mandurah came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Their reputation as a superior agency is well founded. Our agent, Keith Prevost and his colleague Sophie Petty, were exceptional, market savvy, friendly and very accommodating. They know their business! Keith achieved a remarkable sale result on our ex rental Coodanup property, closing out an offer at the first home open. We presented the house in accordance with Keith's recommendations. We strongly recommend Keith Prevost and Harcourts Mandurah.

We found Keith to be well acquainted with the area and the price expectations. He was accommodating with our requests for inspections and was able to assist us in reaching an agreeable contract.

We knew that we wanted to go with Keith after meeting him at some other real estate transactions.we were impressed by his manner and interest in what we were doing rather than pushing a sale. Selling our home proved to be trouble free

Keith's knowledge and openness was refreshing in an industry that leaves a lot to the imagination. I have had many houses bought and sold over the years and found Keith's attitude, honesty and integrity to be the best I have witnessed.

103 Bridgewater Boulevard, Erskine, WA 6210 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-wa-erskine-137130614 Keith has a honest, ethical and low pressure approach to his sales manner. His knowledge of the local house market was appreciated.

We dealt with Sophie and were very pleased with her knowledge and friendly approach

Keith was a great agent , he communicated with us and the seller of the property and during the day we viewed the property . Long story short we had an offer and acceptance in and done all signed in 1 day ! All in all it was a great experience dealing with Keith .

Keith's professionalism and his staff(Sophie) stood out very early on our first introduction, would not hesitate to recommend him ,and will definitely use him again in the future!

Informed us of the progress of our offer to owners, kept us up to date and we felt Informed at all times

Very good to deal with, good support provided.

Both Janet & I found Keith to be open, honest and extremely professional, he was willing to not only listen to our requests/expectations but to help us understand the best strategy with the sale. Keith, was always available when we needed to contact him or his PA (Sophie) would assist in the few cases where Keith was unavailable. I would have no hesitation contacting Keith if I were selling a property in the future or referring him to my family & friends if they were in the market for selling/buying a home.

Great agent, always helpful and available. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Keith, awesome as always
