Upon first meeting Keith he gave well rounded knowledge of the local area and was aware of all other properties currently on the market regardless of if he was the listing agent. This allowed me to ask multiple questions that lead to my purchase decision. He was always available to meet when required and kept me updated throughout the settlement period. Unfortunately we never met but in all our dealings over the phone and via email we found Keith very professional. We sold for a little less than we would have liked and it took a little longer than expected but that’s the market. Keith did what he said he would and sold out block. Cheers

Overall very happy with Keith and his service. Not at all impressed with his after care service as I haven’t had any communication from him or Harcourts since the day before my house settled, almost 2 weeks!
