We have recently successfully sold a second property with Keith Prevost of Harcourts Mandurah. In both instances these were rental investment properties, both sold as 'vacant possession'. The most recent sale came with a number of issues due to the age of the property, the uncooperative tenant, and the state of the property (inside and out) when vacated.
