Keith helped me decide on a price I was comfortable with, although from his excellent market knowledge knew offers would be above that. He also worked with buyers to help them understand current market trends. I was grateful Keith pointed out areas that needed upgrades, and his team were quick to organise companies to have essential work completed (especially handy when selling older premises).
