I had been looking for a house for several months and had seen the place that suited my specific requirements on line. I contacted Keith and was pleasantly surprised by his honest, open approach. He was able to answer questions I had regarding the property and if he was unsure of a query, he would find out and promptly ring me back with the information. Keith was able to meet with me at mutually suitable times, and patiently allowed me time at the property to conduct thorough inspections and ,as I was in Brisbane, even went to the property for me to check on an issue and then refer me to local tradesmen who could further assist me. He has clear and succinct communication skills and was able to clearly talk me through the process and liaise between myself and the vendors representative as the sale drew to a close.
