Keith was okay to deal with.. He seemed pretty eager to get our offer in to the sellers, which initially we thought was great however as soon as we picked up the keys, we never heard from him again. There wasn't even a follow up phone call to see how we are and how everything was. Being a first home buyer I was extremely disappointed in this and I would not be using the agent or real-estate for any future buys or sells.
