Keith did an outstanding job in helping us sell our property, he gave us great advice on key areas to renovate to maximise return. Keith goes above and beyond to help his clients both sell and purchase new homes. I would highly recommend Keith and the Barry Plant team.

Keith was spot on with his appraisal, kept me up to date with everything that was happening or needed to be done and worked tirelessly to get people to the auction. I thought he did an excellent job

Keith was exceptionally professional in all aspects of selling our property. Always responded to our calls and was extremely helpful. Great outcome on the day of auction. Thanks to Keith and his team. Highly recommended.

Good knowledge of the market in the area. Timing was excellent, with minimal disruption for inspections

We chose Keith due to his intimate knowledge of the area and his strategies for maximising our sales result. He was understanding of our needs and went above and beyond in ensuring we had an excellent result. We were overwhelmed in hi ability to sell our property within 2 weeks of listing. He talked us through every step of the process in a timely, understandable way. I would not hesitate in recommending Keith and his team to any prospective seller.

Keith worked hard to help us sell our very individual property in Ferntree Gully. We went for a fixed price rather than a price range and Keith helped us decide what that price should be. We eventually sold for 97% of the agreed price, a record in our street, and we all thought that was a great result. Keith also advised us to hire some attractive furniture to stage the property, with the assistance of a professional interior designer, and we think that helped a great deal.

We've used Keith to sell 2 homes in the last 2 years. He is an expert in our area and has been fantastic to deal with.

Selling a family home after 60 years was a difficult decision. Keith demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise and dedication throughout the entire selling process. His communication throughout the process was second to none and we were always kept update. The auction campaign was extremely successful, achieving an incredible result which far exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend Keith’s services to anyone wanting to get the best result when selling their home !!

Keith is very knowledgeable about the area. He was very good at communicating and keeping us up to date about the progress of our sale. He did everything in his power to get us the best sale price.

The result Keith brought home on the sale of our property was far more than I expected I am very appreciative of his knowledge of the market and Thank him for his support throughout the process

Keith’s knowledge of the local market was second to none and we were happy with his constant communication right through the sale process

This is the second house we have sold through Keith, and would absolutely use him again!!! Keith obtained an absolutely outstanding result for us. He is super knowledgeable, providing up to date market details, whilst being realistic in expectations but pushing hard for his clients. Thanks once again Keith!
