Kel took over this listing on very short notice and we couldn't be happier with the process. Kel knew the area, market and was honest and upfront about our property. He had many applicants viewing the property and the property sold in a short time frame, hassle free. Kel also assisted outside of his scope as we didn't live in the property and he personally inspected the house after it received storm damage and notified us. we were able to quickly complete the repairs and continue the sale process.
