Sale of Family owned property known as "The Springs"

When we approached Kel regarding the sale of the "The Springs", he was most helpful and scheduled a meeting with us to discuss what our options were(ie auction or expressions of interest) and the costs(no hidden surprises) and the finer details of the sale.
