Kell was always very professional and honest and upfront with her feedback - which was appreciated. She would call immediately after each open house or private viewing with feedback, and then contact me again after following up with viewers. Due to her knowledge of the real estate market in the area her input with regards to price was spot on. She obtained a very acceptable price for me.
