Above and beyond

From the very first early morning phone call we made to make general enquires about the property, as vague as they were, Kell was very receptive and super accommodating. From that point, she always went above and beyond to coordinate our visits to the property and was always quick to respond to any and every enquiry we had....always present and willing to spend as much time as we needed to walk us through the property (on multiple occasions). On a side note, it's also been nice to see the bond she had clearly developed with the seller as it made the whole experience very personal, which is what we wanted. WIN WIN for all parties!
