In all aspects of property sale we are novices. Kellie provided detailed information, was always available to answer questions and allowed us the comfort of being entirely supported and informed in all areas of sale, marketing and legal issues. Kellie had the added complication of sellers who are geographically not in the same state as the house for sale. We needed her to be available, we needed her to keep us informed, we needed her to be available to buyers and to do things that due to geographic distance were outside her usual requirements but necessary to ensure the sale. We have nothing but positive comments on her and the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody wanting to sell their house smoothly, efficiently and at maximise advantage to the seller. The care and pride taken in her work gave us great assurance the job would be done in line with our requirements and to provide us with the best deal possible.
