What stood out most was how approachable they were — whenever I had questions or needed clarification, it was never a problem to reach out. The whole experience felt well organised and, importantly, it never became overwhelming. Everyone involved communicated well, kept me informed, and made the process feel much smoother than I expected. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be having the same person remain our main point of contact from beginning to end, rather than being handed over to different people once the deal was completed. Having that continuity would make an already positive experience even better. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would be happy to recommend them to others.
