Kate and Kelly were very helpful, arranging first a Facetime walkthrough while we were in hotel quarantine in Melbourne, followed by a F2F inspection once we were mobile and a third inspection while property was under offer. We were clearly advised of deadlines for placing (an initial written) offer. Two bidders were involved and we were clearly advised of the other party's interest, as they were of ours. Both parties including ourselves were given the opportunity to place counter-bids and we felt well satisfied by this aspect of the process. Completion of formalities leading to exchange of contracts took a little while based on the vendor needing to supply satisfactory evidence of services connected to the property. The property is initially for investment with a mid-term (3-4 years) view to living here. We were advised Belle does sales only but as below would be interested in property management services if available as the property is unusual for its neighbourhood and risks being pitched to the wrong market.

Kelly Allen has been fantastic from word go, enthusiastic and understood the qualities of the property .The old adage in real estate is that you make the money in getting the listing. Kelly disproved that idiom by working hard to get a good outcome for us but in the same token she was respectful towards prospective buyers. It was a difficult period to sell a house with prospective Sydney buyers locked out of the market but Kelly was resourceful and able to get top dollar for us from further afield. Not only has Kelly been driving the market in Braidwood for a number of years, We were very impressed with her professionalism, and thoughtful manner. Thank you Kelly

3-4 stars: I think you should offer a range. Kellie was great to work with but 2020 proved a long and difficult year and one which an agent couldn't easily anticipate. Buyers were looking to take advantage of the poor state of the market and it took until January 2021 ie over a year - for an appropriate offer to come through. I'm glad we both stuck it out. Some of your questions need to be more open-ended or offer a space to write in. I didn't have an auction so you need to provide a 'no auction held' response.

Great team. Organise a virtual inspection 1st as we were unable to attend. Kate did a great job showing the property online. My in person viewing was also great as I felt I was given plenty of time. Both Kelly and Kate got things actioned quickly.
