Caring because she recognised the stress we were under and offered suggestions to help reduce the stress and to how best present the property (but she never pressured us to accept her suggestions). Professional in that researched what was needed to sell the property (and for a realistic price), but at the same time open to other information that we were able to provide.The media used and presentation of the property were very well put together and appropriate.
