When we contacted Palace Property Agents about listing our house, we weren’t quite ready to go on the open market. Kelly worked with us and came up with a plan that ensured we were able to finish off our minor touch-ups and yet still get the market in to see our house. I have friends and family who would testify that I am one of the hardest people to impress when it comes to customer service and they are completely correct, you however have restored a little faith in me that there are people who do offer exceptional customer service. My biggest issue is people never seem to listen to what you say and just push forwards with the same customer service method they always use and this isn't always suitable to different individuals.
