Much Faster Sale than Average In the Area... And A Good Sale Price...

My parents were selling to move into a retirement village after being on their acreage for over 20 years - obviously lots of emotions going on and a big deal for them!! Kelly was great to work with from day 1 - friendly, compassionate, reliable and positively optimistic about getting a good price for them within a good timeframe as the house had lots of bells and whistles and was extremely well presented. Her office achieved a sale in only a few months compared to most that sell in 6 months or longer in the area, with a price slightly below what was anticipated in discussions with Kelly but at or more than a few other appraisals we obtained.
