I found Kelly very pushy, making the buy stressful, she also took a deposit from a second buyer even though I had signed a contract with the sellers solicitor, leave the second buyer thinking they were lurching the home. Not nice

Kelly was great. She worked around my schedule for viewings (I’m the purchaser) and was happy to chase up all the little things for me with the vendor without me even asking her specifically to do so. I just mentioned a couple of things that concerned me and next thing I was getting a call to say she’d suggested a remedy to the vendor that would work for both of us.
