Kelly is a no nonsense agent who is successful due to her obvious integrity and authenticity. She works hard and has an excellent knowledge of the market. I was impressed by her good advice in where to spend, and not spend, money to present and to market the properties. She does not waste time in flattering her client but quickly gets down to the matters that count. She does what she says and does it efficiently. If you are looking for an agent who wastes time in overselling themselves and flattering you, Kelly is probably not for you. If you want straight talking, not often associated with estate agents, then do not look past Kelly Flanagan. She has been a bit of a one man sales team, but I understand that she is now expanding in this area.
