Kelly went above and beyond for us when selling our residential properties. Her guidance and expertise were spot on, but what we loved most was her down-to-earth, easy-going approach... nothing was ever too much trouble, even though our listings were a bit painful with plenty of back-and-forth! One property received an insane amount of interest, with constant emails and calls coming through, but Kelly and her team handled every enquiry, kept us updated, and made sure the property had maximum exposure for potential buyers. I’m no longer local, and Kelly was incredible in coordinating tenants, tradies, and everyone else involved. She saved me so much time and stress, and always pointed me in the right direction when something needed organising. I would certainly feel very comfortable having Kelly's agency manage my properties again, whether for rental or for sale and I’m very happy to recommend them after our experience. We had so much interest that we sold well above the advertised price and could have achieved even higher if I had the patience to let Kelly keep accepting more potential buyers through the properties or to keep jumping in with offers.
