Kelly knows her sales market, but Kelly & office admin need to improve on there responses & communication. Not that we want a ticket parade, just basic phone call or email in response to what's happening & verification on retired email. I understand the market is good but don't just take the money.
Kelly's down to earth and genuine approach was refreshing. No rural property is perfect and it is a big purchase. Having a real estate agent who is able to talk to you about the good, the bad and the 'in need of a little work' helps the decision making process.
