Well this is the second time we have used Kelly to sell a property. The first thing to be said is that Kelly is that she has done a great job for us on both occasions - right from the offer and acceptance to the final settlement was seamless and stress free. What makes Kelly different to other agents is that she spends time with you at the beginning and really listens to your reason and requests around the sale. She is very intuitive and at the same time very professional - she definitely knows the market and is on the ball with all the legalities etc. Kelly is definitely not just interested in a quick sale - as her client she always has your best interest at heart, works very hard to get the best outcome for you and is very readily available through her professional office set up to answer any questions you may have along the way - this direct contact is very satisfying when you are selling a property and have a million things to ask. As I said we have used Kelly twice now and would definitely not go anywhere else if ever we were to buy or sell a property again. Kelly was the listed agent but i did not meet her once while purchasing my house. The house we bought was advertised as built in 2016 when in fact it was built in 2013. Either they lied on their advertisement or they were not competent enough to do due diligence
