Kelly doesn’t return phone calls refuses requests for meetings about a property purchase and can’t even reply to text messages at all .
I have 17 SMS requests over the 8-10 week purchasing period from me to
“ please call me re…./ Kelly please call me back “
NOT ONCE DID SHE CALL BACK
not even when I messaged her how I was not happy this was panning out and wish to discuss this Before settlement …
Fobs everything off to the JUNIOR office minions and automates a standard response “ Kelly is very busy she will call you if she gets time “ & never does
Very obvious why the office does not have a team of senior realestate agents like a normal well rounded office would ,
100% nothing but profit driven only & taking the easy way out with every transaction
In 30 years of buying and selling houses this is the worst experience ever

Kelly Jones - this was the 19th house I have purchased in my life & by far the most disgusting realestate service experience I have ever experienced , thinking you can treat clients like this is absolutely disgusting
