As a buyer, Kelly has been a joy to deal with. He has always been polite and professional. The property we were interested had a HUGE amount of interest which would have scared us off had we known! Kelly was always supportive and encouraging to us as buyers while ensuring he got the best result for his client. I think this is a rare and invaluable skill for a real estate agent to be able to manage both the buyer and the seller with such respect. He really handled negotiations well. We have never bought at auction before but we managed to be successful and within budget so we were really satisfied with the outcome. At inspections, Kelly was always there and always had a great deal of knowledge about the property which showed he had really been listening to his client. Kelly also gave us great advice about conveyancing, pest and building inspections and how to pay at an auction. It made the whole process smooth and simple.
