Kelly had a very limited time frame within which to sell our home. We had purchased another property and that settlement required our home be sold quickly and at good price. Kelly was clear on what she could deliver and between her and her team, our expectations around time frames and contract price were achieved. Our only issue with the whole process, was that on two occasions we felt misled on associated costs. This was partly our fault, however there was ample opportunity for verbal clarification on these matters. This did dampen our experience and it seemed a shame as both occasions seemed trivial in the broad scheme of things. At the end of the day, Kelly and her team were excellent. Our home was sold successfully and we are now extremely happy in our new home, which was sold to us by Kelly. We would absolutely seek Kelly's expertise again.

Didn't feel I was taken seriously as a buyer during the open home. Agent left mid coversation about sale to talk to an older couple ( I was there as a single women). To the point that when I went to sign the contract the agent mentioned she didn't remember me from the open home and also got my name wrong. I went on to purchase the property as it met my needs however I think other agents I dealt with over the time looking treated me like a legitimate buyer.
