Hello Kelly, It has been a challenging block of Land to sell, but i do appreciate your persistence, which paid of. We are in negotiation with the Council about Lot 2, currently we are having a Geological report prepared, and some drawings sketched, which than has to be presented to the council to consider. We could be several weeks away before we know, in the mean time just hold of promoting the block, because we are not going to give it away, and we want to know the outcome with the council before we make any decisions. we are pretty confident we will get the relaxation, but one never knows with councils. This was the first time we have sold a house, so didnt really know what to expect.
