My house needed major work after being a rental for 10 years. And to add to the complexity I was living overseas at the time. Kelly's team pulled out all the stops to get the property back in shape for selling including major renos over 3 months. This meant dealing with multiple contractors and quotes and trips to the property at all hours. Kelly advised me every step of the way on what I should do to maximise my return and helped me find various service providers needed during the process. Everything was electronic, which was great for me because I couldn't be there in person. Kelly set up a WhatsAp group which made communications really easy. But on top of that was the personal touch with phone calls keeping me up to date. In the end all that hard work paid off, because the property sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. You can't go wrong with Kelly.

I would 100% recommend Kelly and her team to sell your house. Absolute professionals that can handle any market situation. They sold my house off-market for way more than I thought it would achieve, and despite it being an older house I didn't have to spend any money on repairs or staging as they know how to attract the right buyers and get the best price. Great use of technology to keep communication open and paperwork at a minimum.
