This was the first time we have sold a house, so didnt really know what to expect. Kelly had excellent communication throughout the whole process, explaining what the best way forward was and why we should do it. She is very knowledgeable about the market in our area, and ended up getting us a much better price for our house than we had originally anticipated. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her again in the future.
