Thanks for finding our new home!

We met Kelly and James at one of their open homes, having not spoken with them before. They were warm and welcoming and really took the time to understand who we were as buyers (even though they knew we already engaged another agent to sell our house). After meeting at a couple more open homes, James kindly took further time to understand our 'wish list' and started sending us links to homes he thought may suit us. Despite us rejecting a number of suggestions (for at times I'm sure what must have felt like ridiculous reasons - sorry James!), James never gave up or got frustrated with us but rather became more determined to help us find our dream home. Suffice to say in a month's time we'll be moving into a house that ticks all our boxes and we couldn't be happier. James and Kelly could not have been more attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us find our forever home. We are extremely grateful and this support will not be forgotten.
