Kelly provided an honest evaluation of our property. As we didn't know if we wanted to sell or renovate, she guided us through a few ideas. Throughout the entire campaign, we were never pressured in selling. What we also enjoyed, was her proactive approach on finding our new home. Overall, Rowling and Co delivered on all levels and we would highly recommend them.
