The difficulty properties that had 11 month tenancy to run were sold through her connections without going to market for above other agents appraisals with fast finance and settlement timeframes and on the top end of her estimates as well. The proof is in the fact it all worked out after wards as expected instead of going sideways along the way. Quality and experience i think made the difference and would highly recommend.
