Kelly ended up having to jump over a lot of hurdles on the way to the sale and settlement of our home, and none of them were her doing. Without going into detail about every hurdle, and there were a few, Kelly was super professional through it all. She was calm, positive, knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, extremely helpful, communicative, and wise in how she dealt with everything thrown her way. I was wondering along the way if any of the toys would come flying out of the cot, but not even a hint, not even when I felt like I was losing my marbles and my stress levels were sky high and I kept asking for advice, help, and putting more hurdles in her way. Kelly well and truly exceeded what I believe would be covered in her role description, and she seemed to take it all in her stride.
