Kelly did a fantastic job at the auction and the price reached was beyond any dreams I had, however, I did have some problems beforehand: The two French doors were left open after the first open house, one was closed but not locked and the other was wide open. I didn’t get home until 3 hours later so anything could have been taken. Kelly wanted to fill out forms for me that I was quite capable of filling out for myself. When my daughter was here, he was inclined to defer to her even though it was my house that was being sold and it was solely my decision. Obviously, though, I do appreciate the price reached at auction, thank you very much.

Was not wholly committed to the sale of my house, was not at all opens, didn't work as hard as is hoped, didn't communicates well and did not achieve the suggested price even in a hot market. Disappointment plus.

After our auction failed to achieve the desired result, with the property being passed in, Kelly set about trying to obtain our desired price. While there are always a variety of factors involved in the sale of any property, many of which are out of the agent's control, he worked tenaciously to secure a satisfactory result.
