We're first home buyers and had been looking properly for about 6 months when the advertisement for our new home came up. We had had a lot of mixed experiences with realestate agents, most of whom seem to play very frustrating games at the expense of buyers. Kelly was the exact opposite. She went out of her way to show us the property straight away around our busy schedule, and was up front, frank and honest with us all the way through. Obviously a selling agent represents the seller, but it truly felt like Kelly had our best interests at heart as well. Upon handover, Kelly didn't just handover a house but more of a community with many of our neighbors greeting us within days of moving in, having spoken to Kelly about us prior, which was lovely.
