Kelly set a sale price which was higher than I expected and achieved very close to that figure. To my great surprise we had a contract signed within 7 days of the advertisement going live. I had expected a campaign of at least 3 weeks. We hit a bumpy patch where conveyancers on my side made basic mistakes that required rectification and throughout Kelly remained focused and was instrumental in helping resolve the issues. Probably the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
